Natalya is currently undergoing the second six of a twelve-month pupillage with 9KBW. She is now a level 1 prosecutor on the CPS Advocate Panel, prosecutes and defends in the Crown Court, Youth and Magistrates’ Courts in a wide range of criminal cases.
Recent Cases
R v a youth (Bexley) – Secured bail for a youth charged with aggravated burglary and possession of a bladed article.
R v K (Isleworth) – Prosecuted a Class B drugs importation case at sentence with an estimated street value of £1.3 million.
R v S (Croydon) – Made successful representations prior to trial resulting in prosecution offering no evidence on the speeding count.
Natalya was previously a Court Usher at Basingstoke and Aldershot Magistrates Courts. In her capacity as an Usher, Natalya worked closely with public and professional court users and staff to ensure the smooth running of the court day.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, when not working, Natalya is an avid sailor and reader.
