R v B (Defence): Jonathan Mole, Counsel for one of 7 defendants tried for conspiracy to produce cannabis on an industrial scaled in warehouses across the Midlands. Defendant acquitted of the conspiracy following submission of no case to answer – suspended sentence imposed having pleaded guilty to PWITS.
R v A and B Surinder Singh Gohlan instructed for the defence for a defendant charged with Possession with Intent to Supply Class B. A is alleged to have held a safe containing various items including class A and B drugs and a large amount of ammunition and various high value items which are connected to a Burglary.
R v T [Woolwich Crown Court] – Charles Austin-Groome defended a client charged with possession with intent to supply cannabis and two counts of assault against emergency workers. Not guilty verdicts on two out of three counts were returned.

Preliminaries involved contested bad character and hearsay arguments, resolved largely in favour of the prosecution. The trial itself involved the cross examination of multiple family members of the Defendant and forensically unpicking their ostensibly innocent accounts relating to the cash.
