Hugh has been in practice for over 25 years, specialising for the past 22 years in criminal defence litigation.

R v Bristol 172 J.P 161 CA. Successful Appeal against conviction reaffirming and extending the law in relation to police powers to stop and search for drugs.
R v G – B (A fraudster who modelled himself on the factual character Frank Abagnale Jnr as portrayed by Leonardo Di Caprio in, ’Catch me if you can’).
Redbridge Magistrates court staff trial known as the Sun, Singh, Sting.
Instructed Counsel for one of the Defendants involved in the M1 under carriage arson.
Instructed Counsel in the smash and grab at a jewellery shop in Northampton dubbed as the, “Have a go gran”.
