Daniel Cohen successfully defends client accused of Supply of Class A drugs in County Lines operation

Instructed by Hussein Solicitors, Daniel Cohen’s represented a client who was acquitted by a jury of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.

The case concerned a “County lines” operation in Sussex. Three co-defendants had all pleaded guilty. The issue in relation to Dan’s client was an alleged connection to a telephone number associated to the drugs line that had been used to open and operate an online bank account in his name.
