Harry Stallard instructed in successful prosecution of defendant accused of Assisting Unlawful Immigration

After a 5-day trial at Isleworth Crown Court, Harry Stallard - instructed for the Prosecution, secured a conviction for Assisting Unlawful Immigration. The Defendant from West London, was shown, through extensive messages with an associate in France, to have planned a scheme to facilitate the entry of a third person. The scheme involved precursor stages in France and Germany and ultimately exploited connecting flight arrangements at Heathrow to facilitate the entry of the third person. The Defendant will be sentenced in June.
