After a 5-day trial at Isleworth Crown Court, Harry Stallard - instructed for the Prosecution, secured a conviction for Assisting Unlawful Immigration. The Defendant from West London, was shown, through extensive messages with an associate in France, to have planned a scheme to facilitate the entry of a third person.

Harry Stallard, instructed by Morgan Has, defended a young man who was unanimously acquitted after a 4-day trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court of possession with intent to supply cannabis. It was alleged that he, together with his co-accused, were out in his car selling the class B drug.
