Instructed by the NMC, Anna Ling presented 7 day contested hearing against Nurse Kevin O'Flanagan where all charges found proved that he dishonestly caused others, including his now ex-wife, to believe he was a surgeon and not a nurse, plus dishonestly claiming pay for more than 30 NHS shifts he did NOT work.
