9KBW Roadshow team receive commendation from Borough Commander

On 1st December 2017 Lambeth Borough Commander Detective Chief Superintendent Richard Wood commended 9 KBW for it’s ‘Selflessness and Generosity’ in providing training to police officers.  In providing the training Robyn Murdo-Smith and John Clifford were assisted by Chambers colleagues James Dick, Sophie Quinton-Carter, Ben Edwards, Tom Aiken and Charles Drinnan.

9KBW OIC Roadshow enters Kent

On 30th November 2017 Mr Daniel Cohen presented the OIC Roadshow to Kent Roads Policing Unit - Serious Collision Investigation Unit in response to a request from that unit for the input of a 9KBW OIC Roadshow Barrister at their training day.  Feedback from Kent Police was very complimentary and Chambers commends Dan and all involved with the OIC Roadshow for their hard work and dedication which leads to the provision of this service.

John Ojakovoh prosecuted in a trial at Reading Crown Court arising from a US-UK investigation after US public sector pensioner members of Orange County Employees Retirement System (OCERS) were the victims of fraudulent attempts to divert pensions totalling the equivalent of some £15,000 per month in a scam which cost OCERS nearly £200,000 to put right.
