Graeme Molloy prosecutes man accused of racially abusing MP
Graeme was instructed by the Crown to prosecute in the sentence of Andrzejv Gajowniczeka, a Polish National, who had pleaded guilty to racially aggravated intentional harassment, alarm and distress and having an article with a blade. A high-profile case where the defendant had gone to the constituency office of the then MP for Croydon, Gavin Barwell, racially abused him, telling him he could attack him, and then told police on their arrival that he wanted to kill an MP only then to be found to have a knife in his rucksack.
