George was instructed to prosecute in a complex case of harassment (putting a person in fear of violence) where the defendant was convicted. The case involved much legal argument, including arguments about what constitutes expert evidence in relation to cell site evidence and phone IMEI numbers. The defendant was convicted and sentenced to 2 years’ imprisonment following his harassment of his ex-partner. The trial lasted 6 days at Snaresbrook Crown Court.
