Following this 9-day trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court, the defendant was convicted of all 10-counts on indictment in a complex case of prolonged domestic violence. George Skinner was instructed to prosecute and called 6 witnesses on behalf of the prosecution. The complainant in the case had previously withdrawn her statements making allegations, outlining that the allegations were fictitious. However, following her support for the case being restored, the complainant gave evidence over the course of 3-days.
