Atticus Blick in successful appeal Against Sentence in The Court of Appeal

Atticus Blick was instructed as Respondent Counsel in an appeal against sentence before the Court of Appeal. Submissions that the Court should successively constitute itself as a Divisional Court, a Magistrates’ Court, and a Crown Court to correct the sentence were adopted verbatim.
