John Ojakovoh prosecutes former chief executive to conviction and sentence in £1 million fraud at Reading Crown Court

John Ojakovoh prosecuted to conviction and sentence a former chief executive who falsely claimed to be a qualified accountant and who defrauded her company of more than £1 million over a period of more than five years. The defendant was sentenced at Reading Crown Court for Fraud by False Representation and two counts of Fraud by Abuse of Position, receiving a total of six years’ imprisonment.
